Differences Between Michelin Stars P.T 2

Good morning , good afternoon or good evening depending in which time zone you live in, and welcome back to the most anticipated Michelin star blog .as you may know my name is Mirko Notturno. 

In the previous first part of this blog we have discussed 1 star Michelin restaurants and what it takes to be Michelin star rated. today we are going to discuss in the second part of this blog , 2 star Michelin restaurant and what the difference is between a 1 star and a 2 star restaurant. if you are wanting to go and eat a Michelin star restaurant but don't understand the difference between the star rating , continue reading . 

So what does having a 2 Michelin star mean. You actually have to understand before we continue that the Michelin star rating was never made to be a rating for the best restaurants or the best chefs in the world. it was first invented as an atlas map in 1926 so that motorists could easily find a hotel, restaurant. and so that you could explore France with much more ease.

as a chef / restaurateur if you strive to get a Michelin star and you succeed , the benefits are great media notoriety and patronage. if you have a 2 star Michelin restaurant it also means that you can lower you customer intake but charge more for the food and service, in this way you have a less busy restaurant a higher profit and a maximum waiter to customer interaction , guaranteeing a 100 percent customer satisfaction . you may be wondering though what is the literal difference between 1 and 2 star restaurant. if it is a 1 star it is said that that particular restaurant has very good cooking in its cuisine and the guide and inspectors recommend visiting that restaurant if it is on you're travel route. if it is a 2 star restaurant it denotes excellent cooking worth a detour even if it is not in you're travel route.
